2009-10 Season Training Group Structure (UNDER REVISION)

This program aims to offer option-enriched programming to meet the varying needs of participants, reduce the economic dependence of the racing team on the club and promote the sustainability of a racing program at OSC.  The **Racing Team Program is based on the Long Term Athlete Development Program (LTADP) developed by Sport Canada for all sports and tailored to cross country skiing by Cross Country Canada. Participants will have the option of joining the Blue Squad (a junior development program), the Green Squad (for multi-sport athletes) or the Red Squad (a cross country ski focused program).
